Sharon YInsurance Specialist & Billing Coordinator
Sharon has worked in various aspects of the medical field since graduating college and becoming a certified medical assistant in 1969. Sharon jumped head-on into the medical field, spending seven years as the Administrative Secretary for Danbury Hospital’s Chief of Medicine. From there, she has diversified her medical background, working in orthopedics, ophthalmology, pathology, physical therapy, ENT, and plastic surgery. Her 40+ years of experience in the medical field have given Sharon a deep understanding of patient care, medical billing, and the particulars of working with insurance companies. Sharon joined the Baroody Plastic Surgery team in 2008 as the Insurance Specialist with the goal of minimizing the out-of-pocket expense for our patients. She is well versed in your insurance company. Jacqueline graduated from Mount Saint Mary College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Jacqueline has been with us for over three years and is the newest member of the Baroody Plastic Surgery team. She will help you with all of your questions on in office treatments. Meghan graduated Magna Cum Laude from Marist College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Meghan has been with the Baroody Plastic Surgery team for over 10 years. She will help you with all of your cosmetic or reconstructive surgery details and provide you with information on our financing options. She will be your surgical contact person from consultation through surgery. Meghan also manages the marketing and promotions for our practice.
